On the below page it says this on the left side: “How you can become an Apostle of the Green Scapular: Order your “free” blessed Green Scapular Kit today; then write your name on a blessed Green Scapular and you will become an Apostle.”

That is very easy, and you can ask them a question if you have one, such as how long after August 1 can one start this 31 days of prayer. There is no time with God, but you would have to contact the Apostolate in the above link to ask them.
